The interesting little "Miner's Home & Toolshed Museum" is open about every day for self-tours.

Restored 1800s family home in White Oakes from the gold-boom era. Photos, drawings, displays, self-guided tour. Toolshed displays antique mining tools. Open daily May-Sept and by appointment. Miner's Day Celebration is normally the first Saturday in June each year.

Open Memorial Day through Labor Day or by special arrangement.
